The 65th was the U.S. Army's division from Puerto Rico. Risky's family has a history of serving with that division.
They make careers out of dulling their senses and then wonder why they're unaware.

Vinstolf is right...our recent member to the 65th Division is my son, he is in basic training right now at South Carolina.

65th for 4 generations now...
