To all 65th Administrators, Officers and Visitors:

Please take a time to READ this and reply.

Why a 2 weeks ban in their first fault ?

I hate people who cheats, but we must remind that their are humans, not animals. So, the difference between an animal and humans is that we can think.
As a Health Professional in my real life, I do believe in "forgiveness" and rehabilitation. We MUST grant that the people has a second chance to make things in a correct way.

People use to learn from errors...and We the 65th MUST TEACH people on how they should play in our servers and what is the acceptable code of behavior to be follow in our home. If you ban a people forever, he will learn nothing.

To brief this I will make an ammendment to our BAN PROTOCOL and I hope All admins follow it up without a flaw or excuses that the orders were not clear. I am always clear in my orders.

New Rules :

1. BAN AND TIME PROPOSED : 1st Ban = 2 weeks, 2nd Ban = 1 month and 3rd Ban = Forever.

2. On every ban, a forced screenshot will be requested to the Administrator by the GoA, even is they are clean, we must take those screenies. (Practice to take screenies if you have doubt in the process).

3.Remember, the Administrator MUST ask for permission for ban a player to the Higher Rank 65th Member in the server at the moment of the ban, before put the ban in effect.

4. The Administrator will broadcast the reason for the ban in the server and let the player know that they could appeal the ban with a post in our website.

5. The administrator has the responsibility to post in this Clan Talk section, a. The name of the banned player, b. The reason for the Ban, c. Time of the suspension proposed and d. The IP of the banned player, IN ALL BANS.

6. All screenshotted will be send to the email indicated by Sniper_Squads in a previous message. (Please post it in here).

7. When the unban will be in effect, ALL administrator must UNBAN that IP or Name from all scanners. No exception.

I hope now the ban protocol is clear to all of us. I DON'T want more doubts, this will be our Standard Operating Process from now on. Please read and reply that you understood it.

I HOPE THAT ALL ADMINISTRATORS FOLLOW THESE NEW ORDERS ABOUT THE SERVERS' BANNING PROCEDURE/PROTOCOL/SOP. THE ADMINISTRATORS FOUND ABUSING OF THE BANNING FEATURE WITHOUT THE GENERALS AUTHORIZATION AND WITHOUT FOLLOWING THIS PROTOCOL, THE RCON PASSWORDS AND ADMIN PRIVILEDGE WILL BE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATEDLY, UNTIL A MEETING TO CLARIFY THE PROCESS WILL TAKE PLACE.

If you want to continue to be one of our valuable Administrators and has right now the rcon password, you are encouraged to follow this new above-mentioned protocol and to comply with it. If you think you could not follow this procedure, please resign to your administrator position. I will repeat once again, I will not tolerate any misunderstanding in this new protocol.

I will see if DMW Pro have the ability to "only" screenshot people without scan them...I'll let you know.

Forgot one another rule, please add to the rules' list : 8. Players who try to crash server, BAN him "forever".

What about record them? Most of us use xfire to play MohAA and there's an option that you can record the game. My point is one player can go to spec, record the suspicious guy and force him an screenshot. Then, we can get a officers/admins meeting, watch the video, analyze the evidence and vote.

And I agree with the banning process.

I agree and will follow clan rules on all subjects.

If for some reason I personally ever not do this, please contact me and discuss, I am sure all members fell this way, if not we should.

The Code of Conduct and our clan rules are not a fence to keep us from going out and enjoying our gaming,, but a fence to keep the CREEPOS OUT.

65th clan was built on a ROCK, (not Rock the player, LOL) and I am proud to be a member, hope we ALL feel the same.
