Foul Language is not tolerated in the =[65th]=. Period. - 2010/09/01 23:23 Hello 65th Members and Visitors:
As you know, we changed our recruitment requirements, and we are only accepting mature people with 16 years old or older. We had several bad situations in the past with the behavior of kids below that age limit and that why we changed that requirements.
Because We, the =[65th]= Clan is composed by Mature and Adults members, we expect from them to attain to our code of conduct and to learn to behave in our Teamspeak server and game servers. So, based in that, we are not kids that we have to repeat and repeat WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE anymore. You are adults and you know what is a family oriented clan, the =[65th]=.
To enforce that rule : DO NOT USE FOUL LANGUAGE in our servers, these will be the SOP for those who wants to continue to have a kid behavior:
1. First word (foul language) in our server, a verbal (teamspeak) or written (console) warning will be given. "Watch your language".
2. Second time with a foul language or abreviated word like "wtf", a warning will be given but with the name of the player with the penalty included in the warning. (e.g. Risky this is the second time that we are warning you about the use of foul language in our server. Next time you will be kicked without a warning).
3. In a third, we understand that you are not obeying the administrator, so you are turning yourself as a challenging authority agent and you will be kicked for 15 minutes.
4. The Administrator that kicked that player/member will go to the "Disciplinary board" in the Officers' Only Section and will make a report of the event.
5. If the player returns after that 15 minutes and continues using foul language a BAN will take place until we have an Officers meeting with the player/member in violation of our Code of Conduct.
As you see, I had tolerance and patience with the violators in the past, but I'm tired to repeat the same once and another time. So, enough is enough.

We have players as young as 12 and 13. Most of them are members kids or friends of the clan. So we try and keep it friendly for them.
Easy way to tell is use the PG-13 Movie guide.

From what I was told when I first joined almost a year ago, the rule was we need to watch our language because we had children in the clan. These days, as far as I can tell, we don't have any children in the clan.
I don't swear on purpose, I try my best not to out of respect for the rules.... In the forum it's easy but on teamspeak, not so much.
